Regardless of why the arrangement did not arrive acceptable to my recipient or myself when she showed me photos of it...either the flowers were in the cold too long or they were old? But, the service I received from Vanessa herself was immediate and complying. She offered me a credit which was nice. Things happen but knowing the attention to my disappointment was wonderful. The arrangement was beautiful had most of the flowers not been wilted.
